Custom SMARTvr -- the professional's tool of choice
2017 marks the year in our mind that VR headsets move from toys to tools. We developed SMARTvr to be worlds first, immersive portable smartphone virtual reality headset. As many of you know, we've been in business since 2010 and were the first company in Google's Works with Google Cardboard program. Over the last 3 years, we've been an active member of the virtual reality industry and have worked with 100s of professionals who have been building the VR space. It was these individuals who provided the inspiration and core feature set of SMARTvr. We wanted to make a tool that all of our contact could have with them as they continue to evangelize the space. Despite it's small size, we wanted to make sure that we focused on light abatement as to keep the users focus on the content on the phone (this was no easy task). We also wanted it to have the gravitas of a premium consumer product.
